COMPANY OVERVIEW
SULTAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (SECL) is a private limited company registered with Uganda Business Registration Services Bureau (URSB) in 2012 with the aim of providing services that includes; all Civil Engineering works, Electrical/Mechanical and Telecommunications Services, and General Supplies.
We aim at delivering integrated engineering solutions for highly complex projects and We are experts at designing, building and commissioning various infrastructural projects. The company considers the empowerment of our human resources to be fundamental in building a permanent knowledge base.
We are committed to our employees’ safety and the development of the countries we work in, seeking the well-being of those communities and caring for the environment. Sultan Engineering and Construction Ltd continuously seeks for new ways to improve environmental performance and support the communities that host our projects,
working collaboratively with different stakeholders to improve education, health, culture and social inclusion.
The company works together with local authorities, institutions and non-governmental organizations and build strong relationships among employees, customers, suppliers and surrounding communities. The company’s management is responsible for sustainability in all its operations in accordance with the principles, policies and values of SECL.
Sultan Engineering and Construction company operates and adheres to the rules of engagement as stipulated by the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) “Conditions of Engagement and Scale of Fees of Consulting Engineers” and the Engineers code of ethics as spelt out by Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers.
SECL abides by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, IFCs and world Bank safeguards.
